I will provide vendor recommendations as well as professional assistance throughout the planning process so nothing is overlooked and I will help coordinate your day so that you can be stress-free, this package is for you.

*The package also includes a Day of Coordinator for the day for an UNLIMITED  amount of hours . 

This package includes, but is not limited to:

Unlimited communication by phone and email 

Unlimited meetings 

Monthly email check-ins to ensure details are proceeding as planned

Venue consultation, recommendations & contract review

Venue Walk through 

Attendance at final venue walk through

Vendor consultation, recommendations & contract review

Attend up to 3 vendor meetings

Budget assistance

Rehearsal dinner consultation & recommendations

Rehearsal for ceremony consultation & direction

Assistance with theme, design & decor

Creation of seating charts and floor plans

A detailed wedding timeline for all vendors and wedding party

Also includes the following duties on the big Day ! 

• • Collection and distribution of essential items for wedding day

  • Emergency supplies for wedding day

  • Ceremony and reception set up/decorating

  • On-site vendor management the day of the wedding

  • Placement of guests items, including welcome packages, guest book, programs, and favors

  • Management of timing and execution of important activities at ceremony and reception, including start of wedding, formation of bridal party, formal introductions, cake cutting, toasting, first dance, bouquet/garter toss and more

  • Distribution of final payments and gratuities to vendors on wedding day

  • Return all personal items used to bride and/or family at the end of the reception
